Hello everyone! I am a newly promoted architect and I feel that not enough group projects are being constructed! So I propose that a new map be created (Undergound Caverns) so we can begin construction on the ultimate underground city. Obviously we will need people specifically for designing the city, people to build the city and admins and ops to help with the tricky stuff, but we can get to that once this is all approved. (Hopefully it will be) So reply to this topic if your interested and support the proposal. If you want to contact me: Cryoshock1@gmail.com

- Hope we can make this an awesome group project!

Yes but no one wants to work on that project anymore as far as I can tell! We need a new, fresh project to inspire creative designs!

I think it would be a great idea. I would post this in the community project area.

I'd worry that this project would end up like the last. Although, I do prefer this theme. It has a wider range of interests involved, and perhaps would be more sucessful. I'm not sure that an entirerly new map is needed. We could just get a group of people and build in a very deep operator map.

I support this more than I support the other community project, but only because i know nothing about Star (i cant remember if its Trek or Wars... pick one). this sounds like something awesome where everyone can build what interests them. :)

Community builds could be a holiday thing. Say its Halloween make a holloween themed map. Christmas? New Years? etc :3!

I think Techy's variation would be more enjoyable. A plain underground city seems like more of a personal project whereas a few quick themed maps would be more enjoyable and interesting.

Seasonally themed maps would be fun, but we could also do themes along the lines of monocromatic, upsidedown, futuristic, medieval, floating, hobbiton, evil, good, etc.

Perhaps awards could be given accordingly by operators who review the buildings or constructs of those who participated. It would be difficult to cheat your way into one of those awards since /b would be available to verify a build.

I still work on the Star Destroyer when I have the time but I agree that that Community build has been a failure.
