What makes you better than the next Advanced Builder?: I respect all players and correctly discipline any griefers or rule breakers because I don't tolerate it.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have helped others with ideas in building and have helped people build/fix some of their creations.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Ask them to please stop and do their job as an Operator because they should have respect for everybody, including me. And they also they need to take responsibility for their job.
