i want akk the people to plz read this especially you zion. what will happen when we get the new map?
1.what will happen to the items in the chests and inventory? 2.will both of the cities be saved? (jakelington and my city) 3.how many things can u take from the old map and into the new? 4.will the 1.8.1 map still be kept? 5.will all the ranks reset? 6.will the multiverse and other bugs like buckets be fixed?
thats all i want to ask and i have 1 more thing to say
can we please do this atleast after the new year?

Items don't carry over to new maps. Same happened from 1.7.3 to 1.8.
Like Zion said in his post, only 'major and very well built builds' can be put in the new map.
The 1.8.1 will be kept but unavailable.
I believe everyone will keep their rank.
The problem with the multi-verse plugin is that it has not been updated yet so once its updated, then new worlds can be added.

Jake has answered the questions.
Due to us having to rely on several people to update their plugins, as well as the bukkit devs to update their server and fix the bugs with their software, there is not much we can do to fix issues short of learning Java and obtaining the source code.
