An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: Do not humiliate them infront of other users and whisper to them and ask them to stop, if they do not post a complaint on the forums explaining what was said and what happened with as much evidence as possible.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?:Go to the site of the griefing use the /b or /about command on the supposed griefing area and carefully read the information, if the griefer is still on the server use the kick command to temporarily ban them.

What makes you better than the next Advanced Builder?:I am on the server almost everyday and am willing to help out, I love building and go still enjoy going around on all the maps and exploring the creations and I think i get on well with all the other ops and higher.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: During my time as Adv Builder I have tempbanned many griefers and I have voted on numerous polls on the forums concerning the server. If I were op i would crack down on griefers and ban them to the fullest extent, I would help out other guests, builder etc in building and creating what ever their mind so desires, and help out where I can and put ideas for the future about the server.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?:Ask them to stop but under no circumstances embarress tem in front of other users on the server, show full respect for them and if neccessary use the /whisper command to talk to them and ask them to stop.
