Bit of a showing off, but not at the same time...
Over the past week I've been working on a 3D model of myself. Here's a few shots of my progression, and development over the past few days.
After 3 days constructing the main body shape, I started on shaping the head further to suit a foxes wider cheekbones and longer muzzle.
Added ears, and started shaping the eyes, and sculpting the head further.
Changed the render method to use a skylight against a massive white plane, adding detail in the shading. Finished shaping the eyes and ears, and started working on digigrade legs, which are not easily viewable from this angle. X3
Added footpaws with their general shape, further shaped the lower legs, and set up a scene camera used specifically for rendering.
Finished merging the footpaw to the leg and started working on the handpaws. Closeups of each added in the render. Photoshoped in some eyes too D:
The handpaw is still under construction, hence why you can see white in it around the thumb, and some fingers look very angled against the palm.
The method of construction used is a mirror result, which is why there looks like a seam right down the middle of the body in the first two renders. Basically during editing I only work on half of the body (the right half here). During render, and final production the mirror modifier will be removed, and all verticies down the middle welded, removing the seam.
