this would be helpful for a mistaken ban. ie: if someone griefed a build but you accidentally mistyped their nick and it undoes another player's actions this command would save the day.
Another situation: a hop+ misreads a /b and bans the wrong person and their work gets erased so a hop or higher does the /redo [name] command and their work is back.

I'll take a look at the redo command to see if this is possible. Currently /redo will redo the last undo you performed (or the last undo that was performed), but i'll look into the command to see what's what.
