Hey guys DLB Here and I wanted to know, I have been on the forums alot lately and in some screenshots I have seen,I have noticed players wearing skins and I wanted to know if you have to pay to get a Minecraft Account or is it something to do with WoM? Thanks For Your Time!

Yeah, to be able to own a skin you must have a full minecraft account (You can pay for it on the official minecraft website). However, whilst on classic, only clients such as XWoM allow you to see the skins ever since mojang 'dropped' developing classic.
However, if you have WoM or XWoM there is a way to change the appearence of the default 'Steve' skin. Unfortunately im none the wiser in how this could be achieved.

char.png, however while this changes your skin, it's only locally and you can't ever see your skin in classic and no one else will be able to see the change, it will only change other people's skins that you see, so it's pretty much moot.
