One thing ive seen is that we dont have enough people on most of the time that can either kick or ban greifers... Maybe you should add a "supervisor" rank or something of that nature to be able to at kick or at least temp ban people...

the problem may be people like my self cannot join the server as much as i want to due to problems with minecraft servers

Plus with the fact that WoM has been playing up a lot recently, and most of our operators have exams, and the like.

Operator applications open when we need ops. Currently, adv builders can tempban and kick anyone, however they need good reason to.

I personally would prefer a mute or prison for AdvBuilders...would make it less easy to abuse.
