The infamous photo size limit has plagued me for weeks, nearly every time I go to report I have to go into Paint.NET and resize it. See my last grief report on Iwwetta to note the negative effect of that. It may be just me, but it's a slight burden in my opinion.

Compress it to a format other than PNG.
A 20mb png file compressed to jpg of the same dimensions and quality, reduces the size to ~200kb. Save the file as jpeg.
