I just noticed this and thought it would be a good idea to have a review request forum in the forums. A lot of users are always asking anyone that has a higher ranking then them to rank them, review them, etc. So, I think we should have a review request forum. Please post your ideas and comments for this.

I say no for this because even if someone wants a review an Op+ needs to be on to review/rank them if necessary, so they should just ask while they're on. This would just clutter the forums IMO.
