Imagine a whole rank tournament competing for the gold. Ranks include designer, blockmason, architect/engineer, agent/assistant, op, sop/admin/dev. The games could include building contests, pixel contests, races, parkour, gun wars, ctf, spleef, etc! We could hold it every month over a course of several days. That way, people have multiple days to get into the tourney. We could also hand out rewards like gold medals, silver medals, and bronze medals for the winners. Feedback please ^^.

Ya, that's why agents and assistants have a / in between them. Each rank or rank group will be a team.
