when an operator isnt online, yet his map is open, i realise it has to be closed.
but what if the op has left it open for you to build in, does it still have to be closed?

a certain op thinks so (not naming names) and the rest seem fine with it......

For security reasons its best to not leave it open. Because after the building party and the op leave there is no longer anyone to close/secure that map. I would agree with that ops decision...however annoying it can be at the time.

the map should be closed or if the user is in there have the pervisit changed such that no one else can get in the map. If another op is on then the op whose map is open for the user needs to give other ops permission to open their map for the selected person

I think so Haza, and something about ops too. Must be important if it's about ops.

-if map is open for a certain player then the op that owns the map must change the pervisit so no one else can come into the map.
-if op wants to let a certain user come into their map when ever they want to build in it, then the op responsible for the map must inform other ops of this so that they don't get confused or what not
-if no one is in the map then yes it should be closed

i get about a map with no one in it being closed, but if someone is building in it does it have to be closed if the op isn't present?
