There's been some discussion in game regarding creating videos of Hawknet, and I'm all for that, however there are a few things that need clearing up.

The names "Hawknet", "Hawknet Computing" and any and all logos and site designs are registered trademarks of Hawknet Computing Ltd. These are my names, and my logos, and are never to be used without my written permission. I have already told ImFrom4Chan and his friend off for making a Youtube channel under Hawknet's name, they have since closed the account.

Using these names or logos is internationally illegal.

Recording grief or any harrasment within the server and hosting it on any website is against terms and conditions which you agree to by joining the server.

I don't mind if you want to make a bunch of videos of your time within Hawknet, but use your own names, and your own channels. If you add 'Hawknet' and 'Freebuild' as two of the tags for the videos, a search for Hawknet within youtube will pull up these results, and that's fine. As long as you're the author of the video, and it's on your channel.

Hawknet Freebuild will not be getting its own Youtube Channel. There is no two ways around that.

Ohh found an old post, anyway do you think I could make a Hawknet Video? I love making them.

I think so Ender and I think mine is OK as well. You're only restricted from using the logo and "Hawknet Computing" under your name so I think you'll be able to make some videos for Hawknet.

im in a predicerment atm

im trying to film something and here are my options:
Embarrase myself with my voice
make to chat at all on sp so its just wandering around doing sstuff
or
letting every1 chatter away iin the background on smp as i need to see my hotbar and pressing F1 will hide my hotbar

my best bet is the last one
i need to ask... am i allowed to film the convosation?
and even with GUI off if i press T or open my inventory it shows the chat
plz help!

You may leave the conversation in as long as everyone chatting at the time is ok with it. Also you must make sure that anyone you intend to film is ok with you doing so, as they may not want themselves/their builds/usernames on youtube or posted anywhere else. Credits to be given to us need only be a tag and a line in the description saying "Recorded on hawknet Computings server" or similar. You must also not include any kind of harassment or defamation of our company or services. :3
