hOP+ members should not be disrespected.

If there is an argument in chat don't tell them to, "shut the hell up".

If you are an Advbuilder and see an hOP-OP doing something wrong or you believe they're arguing too much in chat then report it to Zion or Mapsapper. But do NOT undermine their authority in public.

Don't tell them to leave your build.

Don't argue with them about the rules.

Don't expect them to back down from people being douchebags.

Don't swear at them or insult them - Unless you're cool with them and they're okay with that.

In short, don't break Rule 3 (/rules).

To be quite honest, arguments or strong discussions between ranked members (particularly hops/ops) can be done in whisper or opchat, essentially to keep it out of the public view. But I totally agree with Masochistic here. Show you fellow members respect, but show you superiors more. ^^

Afterwords you proceeded to argue with me just like Zairik was doing. The next day you were insanely sarcastic with me.

Disrespect is still disrespect no matter what pretty colors you paint it with.
