After the HawkServ 67.6.0.0 update, Agents and Assistants now have a few new tricks up their sleeve. This is a notice mainly to all Agents and Assistants, but all other users should read this too. Agents and Assistants now have the ability to undo the actions of lower ranks for 600 seconds, or 10 minutes. The command to use is the same as the normal /undo command. Code: /undo [playername] 1-600 Where 'playername' is the players nickname, or a section thereof (halfnick) and 1-600 is a number of seconds, 600 currently being the most.This, combined with temporarily banning users can make our server a much nicer place to be in. However, temporary bans are temporary, and once the ban expires the player can come back and continue the grief. This does not stop you from having to create abuse reports, it simply only stops users from ruining things. All users, from Guests to Agents are suggested to create abuse report topics, and even if the user has been dealt with by an Agent or Assistant. It's only temporary, and if they go offline and the users ban expires, there's nothing to protect. An abuse report quickly and easily notifies an Operator to jump on the server and deal with the problem. ^^ |
