you need paint.net then click on new and then set the size to a cirtain amount of pixels (i cant remember exactly how many) but thats the 1st step

It usually depends, I know techy and belgeran use paint.net, but jake uses adobe photoshop for his signatures. |

You don't just need paint.net or Adobe Photoshop, you can use any graphics or image editing program. Examples: Adobe Photoshop Paint.net Paint Macromedia Fireworks and many more. |

I wouldnt suggest just using the default paint...its very limited |
