Right here is what i think.

Floating: 2/10 - Just text maybe with outer glow, black background with a smoke effect. Also too plain.

Belgeran: 3.5/10 - It looks alright but the text doesn't appeal to fit in with the rest of the signature and too plain.

KSISniper47: 5/10 - Even though i made it, its not my best.

Haza: 3/10 - I don't know whats going on with the signature, no scheme to it and looks very blurred, might be just to me.

This is constructive criticism, usually people take this as a reminder on what not to do next time and how to improve their graphics.

Floating - 2/10

All monochrome and black text on the two black areas of the image does not contrast well at all, and is very difficult to see. The font needs aliasing, and the white artifact could do with being fixed.

Belgeran - 6/10

Same issue as Floating, purple text on purple lines do not contrast at all and they could do with something to make one or the other stand out. Either a stroke on the font, or alter the transparency on the line.

KSI - 5/10

Good sig, but the font is difficult to read. It also needs a wider kerning to stop it from being crushed. Too much 'white space' between the other text.

Haza - 7/10

Good sig, but like Jake said, needs focus.

Waffle - 7/10

Good use of colours but needs less motion blur, at least on the text.

Mine is awesome because it's Hawknet :3

Much better, although a few layers don't reach the edges of the image. I'm guessing the flames layer and the lightning layer, most notable on the right.

Try croping those bits out of the image. :3

It looks like it's been hastily slapped together on M$ Paint.
It's got pixellated edges, basic font that clashes with the colour theme and a distorted clouds as the background?

9/10 - Very very clean, good use of colours, and everything fits very well. The only thing I'd change is maybe a bit less wear on the text, but otherwise it's a good image. ^^

Thanks Zion, I put the wear on it because of the image in the background :P
10/10, I like the clean blue theme and how the information about yourself is presented. The background image and code is something I like and it looks very clean in my opinion. The choice of text and color is also something that i very much like and there really isn't anything I can say that I don't like about it ^^

Hazas sig was a lot better on the signno56k topic. It was less blury and a lot more detailed but somehow, haz's software has degraded the image.

Although it doesn't look like I did much to mine I did :p
Degraded the text more that the text default was
Added a rainbow (The rainbow was part of the initial wallpaper but i copied and pasted it to that place and it took ages just to make it blend in - water drop thingo ftw)
Added the line and transparent circles on it
Faded the text into the image
And tried to make it look as simple as I could :)
