It would. Either one of the Sop Bros. can do it, or you can do it inside MS Paint. In the 'View' tab/ribbon/top bar thing. Select the 'Resize' function, and choose PIXEL dimensions, and set the horizontal size to 768. The whole image should scale down respectively. From there, Save, re-upload, and apply

looks cool cept for the positioning and color of the text. I'd make the brightness of the white in the iris less bright and the text be bolded or bigger to increase visibility. As well as the text be in the center of the iris. Just minor changes if you saved a backup of the sigi w/o the layers being merged. Looks good though i like the color scheme _________________

question, ive got a signature but its flash, how do i make it work?

Flash by itself does not work, only Youtube videos work by holding the UID within the [youtube] tags.
Due to the way flash embedding works, it needs to have a static html code, with only one part of it that changes. If you find the part within this that changes then I may be able to do something with it. Otherwise, convert it to a gif or apng image and use that.

use imgur.com to upload the image, then use the url it gives in the signature portion of the 'user control panel>edit profile>signature' then paste the url with the img tags

Do you mean from one you've made or one you already have?
If you made it you need to upload it to a site like tinypic. If it's already online, just right click on it and select properties. It's beside the "Address:"

Upload the saved image to an image hosting provider like imgur or imageshack.us and embed it into your signature with the [img] tags.
