I had a convo with Zion about that. He said that if Hawknet will ever shut down (Hopefully, it won't), then he'll give the source code out :) That's all I know :>

That is correct, however it's far surpassed the quality of MCLawl when the devs abandoned it.

Hawkserv has surpassed any server software I have seen.
