On the 1st of May, we ordered the previously owned 100Mbps downstream 10Mbps upstream from VirginMedia. The engineer should be coming on the 15th/16th of May to install the cabling, and activate the router for me to configure.

During the time of the installation, the internet connection to the server will go offline as we physically unplug the Ethernet, and plug it into the new router. That process will take all of 10 seconds to do, however a new IP will be gained, and updating the domain's DNS' will take some time.

We shall keep you updated as the change takes place, and we'll update nearer the time and after the DNS has been requested to change to the new IP.

I'm glad you did because I didn't. I was simply making a statement.

The DNS for the domains are changing, and can take upto 24 hours to do so, so please bare with us while the change happens. ^^
