It's been reported to me by a few people that they have been unable to place or destroy any block and they aren't in adventure mode, it also appears that they can't use chat either.

From testing it seems that this happens for all ranks until admin.

I'm in the process in figuring out the cause of this problem.

bleh solved. weird extra thing permissionsEx came with should be good now also a weird thing with essentials that's annoying as well
