I have changed faction and all my stuff is still in the old faction and now i cant access it! HELP!

You'll have to contact the admin of said faction or a member capable of accessing the chests. I think it might be better to let the admin know before you get another op/admin to get your things for you, even if its just sending a message via PM :)
