Cirtain things like a 1 v 1 spleef would be fine i guess, but big events like the walls or survival games would need lots of people and planning, so that will be quite hard to sort, it's a good idea though

I thought it would be a great idea if once a week or month we have server games. Anything like the walls, survival games etc. If the game has a limit to the amount of people who play it, like the walls from example in which you have to be in a team, then you could register a team on the forums. There could be a notice board a spawn saying what the next game is going to be as well. |

I doubt we would have enough people to host one of these, not only because of time difference but also the fact that everyone has returned to school. If this does go ahead however, organising it for a weekend would be a must. |

Yeah I was thinking of it being in a weekend, and we might have enough people to host, doing something like this might make more people come back on. |

Timezones will also be a pain to work around. I barely see anyone since I'm on EST. |

I agree this does seem like a good idea, although it is a bit impossible. We could possibly run a few games or events running throughout the day and whenever there are enough people on you could start it.. |

I actually suggested this in a place you guys can't see... The problem is, to do something like this, someone would have to go on a recruiting spree, or we would have to start advertising, both of which are good options x3 Anyway, I think I'll move my topic over here so you guys can see it, since this is the forum it really needed to be in anyway. edit: Didn't know how to properly "move" the topic, but there were only two posts, so I just copied and pasted my first post into a new topic under smp suggestions. |
