I was wondering, why not make The End an arena. There we would be able to safely have PvP (If desired) and we could also have challenges like how many endermen can you kill in 60 seconds. Or if a Faction really wanted to prove themselves they could challenge the EnderDragon.

The enderdragon is dead :P but that would be a good idea, since the end doesnt really have any other use...

if we wanted to get the enderdragon back zion could just delete the end world folder and let it regenerate

We're getting off topic here. The point is, instead of limiting an arena to something small in the "Real" minecraft world we can just use the End map for it.
