 Post subject: a tweak to /whois

ive noticed you can only use /whois on a cirtain player when thay are online
i was thinking we could do the same as on classic, they dont need to be online.

Grab the source code to Essentials, and it could be done. Unfortunately commands are as bad as they are because the developers haven't bothered to make them better. Some plugins are closed source, which means they can only be changed by the developer. D:
