Post subject:  Reporting Abuse

Post your abuse report in this forum, creating a new topic.

Topics must contain a vaild /whois or /whowas of the users nickname. Any reports posted here will be investigated before any action is taken. Photographic evidence is recommended, use the Img button above the textbox when posting images.

Formatting Style:

When you report somebody you want to make sure you use a correct format. This format can be found here, and easily copied into your report.

Quote:
Name:
Proof: (Screenshot showing the grief, and the users nickname with /about. Or for chat related incidents, the users name, and the date and rough time estimate of the abuse.)
Extra Information:

FAQ'S ( frequently asked questions ):
-Why is there a format?
-The format is there to keep reporting simple. It's also simple for any administrator to ban the reported griefer.
If somebody is not that talented in English,He could still post a perfect report.

-Who sorts out the reports?
- Any Administrator can simply sort them out. They'll just answer your report with "Thanks for the report, the person you have reported is now punished." Or "Invalid Report, check your report again if you filled everything correctly." The second answer means you do not have the correct proof.

Any ops are free to take up any reports, they must post back in the topic with their analasys.

Post subject:  Re: Reporting Abuse

I have made a map to help with users explaining where the abuse is, this should make it easier for the Ops to find said abuse.

All you have to do is add a section saying:

'Location: Island 5'

Here is the map:
