/warn is Definitely better than just telling him. Also if three different ppl warn u will you still be banned?

Yes, the warn system would be global to the server.

Yes but it's not an update change, just a permission change, for Hawknet Freebuild only. By default it will be for Superops on other servers that may run HawkServ, but on Hawknet Freebuild it will be changed to Operators.

Updated: Added a few last minute changes, and colour coded the list for easy understanding of what's been completed. ^^

another question: when a user is warned 3 times will it automatically do a kickban or will the op that added final warning have to do the /ban @ and kick? it doesn't really matter but would be conveniant to know

It will ban their nickname and kick them from the server. There may be a setting in properties for it to ban an IP too, but with so many friends or family that play under the same IP, it could be difficult to ban the offender without banning genuine users.
What's your opinion on this? IP ban, or no IP ban?

no ip ban, if they come on as a different alias then ip ban would be warranted

You state the only problem with that Haza, and it's the fact that you could quite easily get irritated by the amount of updates, especially if there are many people of a rank that can use the cuboid command. You'd just be spammed to leaving the server and not using the software.
There are ways to figure out who made a cuboid, and that is to use about on one of the corners of the cuboid. It may take a while to find out who done it, but the result will always return in "destroyed by", not "created by".
