One of them I found today, one I found a long time ago.(but forgot till today). First one today while I was on I wanted to see the command shortcuts so I typed /help shortcuts and it said command not found, I am assuming this is a easy fix but I wanted you all to know. Second ths involves the command /z wire. I was building a roof forever ago(slanted roof) so to save time I typed /z wire the first time and for the rest /m, when i got to the top layer I went ahead and typed /m to finish it. I had only placed 8 blocks or so but it said I placed 42 or something like that. Those are the bugs I found.

For the shortcuts, use "/help short".

Also, for an angled roof, the best method is to use "/cuboid [type] walls", since the wire type is designed to be used for larger boxes.

I also know about the hidden showing in the player list bug, and it's being worked on.

Zion also when haza was hid only I could see he was still on when I typed /who. Noone else cause I asked if anyone else could.

another bug dealing with /hide is when an op does /hide on another player it hides the op and the player. But as haza said they still appear in /who.
