I've noticed this a couple times when I am playing. The chat randomly displays -- is AFK Auto: Not moved in 10 Minutes This is visible to everyone on the server and not just to me.

This happens when the player disconnects without sending the disconnection packet. The server still thinks they are online, and it sets them to auto afk. However, the data which is held by the server in regards to player name, etc is missing and it just displays the message without the data.
I'll have a double check in the code when I get the next available chance, and make sure that HawkServ properly pings out players. Thanks for the report. ^_^
