Basically setting a command to be used by any rank or by a different rank than it is normally.
For example in Zombsurv we could have gun set to Guest/Builder but they would only be allowed to use it in that map, not in any other on the server.
Mainly I think this would be a good idea for doing CTF and Zombsurv but there could be other applications too, like if operators wanted a certain rank to be able to use a command like /write in their own map. :3
