This is to overcome the annoyance of having people constantly ask how to get a promo. With this in place ops+ or hops+ can send the getrank to any user.

I see it can be helpful. But what if a guest wanted the requirements, and 3 different ops send him /getrank at the same time? It would spam his chat, and could get annoying.

I agree with Ammar. If anyone really needs help with promotions, then it's our job as part of the OP team to explain it to him/her. Besides, a button that would do the job for us is extremely impersonal and doesn't fit the Hawknet bestest OP team evur policy
