This will be a new environment feature in HawkServ, which grants the ability to change the colours of clouds, sky, and fog, among other things.
If you notice the text to the top right, it shows some information, and an alert area will be updated there, showing who logged on, and who logged off, and other bits of various information. This also grants the ability for 'on the fly' custom textures.

These features I'm working on opens up a whole new dimension to Classic servers. Imagine: a world dedicated to similarly recreating the nether, however now you can upload custom texture packs for that map to show normal stone as nether rack, and dirt as mud, and sand as soulsand, etc. Also, now that you can change the colour of the sky, clouds, and fog, you could have surface nether, with a red sky, and black clouds, and orange lava tinted fog. :3
