It looks very interesting indeed, however according to Jens' twitter, it will not be included in 1.5, but in later releases. |

The release date is between 11-17 or April but i can neither confirm or deny this |

Ok so the only reason the 1.5 update wasnt released this week was because Notch was playing Portal theres nothing wrong with that, but he did say that 1.5 should be released tomorrow so....if this actually happens well have to wait and see |

if you use pistons a lot like me you'd know why it fails. Even with the piston patch it isn't the same as the original mod. |

i usually use pistons in my buildings such as: epic stairway, walkway lighting, secret doors, if i could see how the light detector works make a lighting system for one of my many houses, as you said the list goes on of what you can do; the only thing you need is your imagination and basic knowledge of redstone |

1.8 seems to be one of the biggest updates that will be released, with Adventure Craft and supposedly mod support so that mods dont have to be reinstalled in after updating Minecraft so these are some exciting additions. PS rumour of a new mob or two |

I've just read what the new mob will do, and it'll ruin my playing experience.... The whole 1.8 update will ruin it, I'll not update it to 1.8... |

Indeed, I'm with Xerox on this one... Unless there's a feature to turn off particular mobs, I won't be updating anyway (As if I do... Still on 1.5_02  ).

The Enderman is a pathetic addition to minecraft, Im dissapointed about stories of Notch adding dragons and other awesome mobs to be only adding some lanky black guy that can hold sand... |
