Post subject:  Various prices for various actions

There has been a bit of inconsistency lately when it comes to members asking for specific things from Operators, and the Operator charges a price to make it a bit more fair. This topic is set to standardise the system, so members can't use a specific Operator for a cheaper price.

The following prices should noted and referenced when members ask for Enchantments:
For adding new enchantments:
$1000 per level of enchantment.
IE: Efficiency V would cost $5000 ($1k per level)
A bow with Power II, Fire I, Unbreaking III and Infinity I would cost $7000, if they provide the bow. Add the price of the bow if they do not.

For repairing enchanted items:
$500 per level of enchantment.
For the above bow, originally costing $7000, repairing it would cost $3500.

The following prices should be noted and referenced when members ask for World Edits:
For removing blocks in Survival maps:
$1 per block, minus air.
The block count is determined after you select the region with the wooden axe, and you can remove the Air blocks from the total by executing "//distr".

For moving blocks in Survival maps:
$2 per block, including air.
The same as above, $1 per block action, but since you're removing the blocks and placing them, it's double. Don't forget to include air, simply double the amount when you've selected the area.

For copying blocks from Creative to Survival:
Price is calculated based on block worth.
This is the most tedious one, and it's a good idea to make sure that the person actually wants it moved.
You need to get the number of each block type by using //distr, and then calculating the price based off the signs in the shop. If prices are not listed there, try sending the request to Tim or myself.

For copying blocks within Survival:
Price is calculated on block worth.
Same as above. This stops players from creating blocks of diamonds and copying them for small prices.

For uncraftable items:
Please try to use your best judgement. What is the item used for? How many is needed? What is needed to gain the item (killing a mob, random encounter, etc)?

The following prices should be noted and referenced when members ask for Towny Power:
$10,000 per Power
Execute the command: /townyadmin givebonus [name/town] [amount]

These should help when it comes to offering more services to our members.
As Operators, if you wish to make a little on the side, you are free if you choose to add your own tax as a fixed fee or percentage of the estimated price of execution.
If, when you "/eco take [name] [amount]" from a player, their money becomes a negative value, they cannot correctly use ChestShops. You MUST inform them that if they wish to sell things to the server, they need to do so through an Operator until their money is a positive value.

As agreed upon with Zion we are now selling power bonuses for Towny at the cost of 10k each. This can be done with /townyadmin givebonus [name/town] [amount].

Moved from OpDisc to public SMP so users can see the system we use.
