if jake is banned from hawknet. who get jakelington from smp? or can it be modified by any1? or will it be removed?

If there is a moderator of that faction in SMP, they will become the admin of Jakelington. From there, it's up to them what happens with it.
If no moderator is found in the faction, the highest ranking member will become the admin of the faction, and take it from there.
If no one is found in the faction, the faction will be disbanded, but its builds remain.

what ranks apply in factions? are they the same as other ranks or do factions have their own?

Factions ranks are: Admin, Moderator, Member. Admins have two Astrix and Moderators have one Astrix prefixing the faction title.
When these don't apply, I base "highest rank" off the Classic and Forums rank. When this doesn't apply (user hasn't been on either), the SMP rank takes effect.

Well Igloo, fancy being the admin for that faction? You can then set moderators to whoever you like. ^^

That would be nice, but i want to make sure everyone in the faction agrees. i wouldnt want to be admin of a faction if no one wants to be there anymore  but, if everyone in the faction agrees to it then i would be happy to be admin

Valkyries have claimed jakelignton to their territory. Its just annoying when you´re builded half the city by yourself and its now belong someone property.
And is it chosen who is now controlling jakelignton? I want jakelignton controller to be person who is builded actually somehting on it. Not much, but atleast somehting to be fair decision.
How about Imperials HQ? Is that going to be part of jakelignton or is it just abandoned citadel?
Can i take HQ to myself? Jake and I were the ones who builded most of it.

How can someone even claim jakelignton to be property of their faction without asking first ppl of jakelignton?
Everything is upside down. Its good for everyone if this is handled quickly.

This situation is slightly confusing at the moment. The valkyries faction leader was banned recently, and I believe the members have already left the faction. So, whatever land they have claimed should probably be free, if not now then soon. As for Jakelington and Imperials HQ, I was the highest ranking member of the faction before it was disbanded so I get to decide what happens to that land. However, you need not worry that it will be out of bounds, Im leaning towards letting the people who spent the most time on it use it without claiming any of the land for any faction.
