An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: While in /whisper, ask them kindly to spot three times and warn them of the consequences. If they continue to do what it is that they are doing wrong. Privatelt inform another operator or higher on the forums or in-game.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: If the damage is minor, question them and ask them to fix it. If damage is substancial, kick the player, preserve the evidence, and post a report under the Abuse Report section of the forums or inform an Operator when one arrives.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers? (server name and experience): None at this time.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I am constantly online trying to better the server by dealing with rule breakers, assisting others with commands and such, and seeing through that no fights break out.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: I read the rules 3 to 4 times a week. As for Terms and Conditions about once or twice every couple weeks.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week?: I Believe the colors where change a while back to alternate between white and grey, but I haven't noticed any recent changes.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I am often enforcing the rules and complimenting others on their work. I hope to make a greater difference than I am now with banning, undoing actions and rewarding players with well deserved ranks.
