An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: I would let him know what he was doing was wrong and if he did not stop i would report him straight to an admin or superop.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: Depending on the severity i would either tempban them immediately and report them on the forums or i would ask them to stop, if they failed to comply i would tempban them and then report them on the forums.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I'm very active on the server and i absolutely love to help people and get rid of anyone who is causing trouble. I feel that since I'm so active, i should be able to help more people and get rid of more trouble-makers.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: I've honestly read the terms and conditions once, but ive read the rules a good 5-6 times when i was confused.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week?: rule #3 respect your fellow member seems to be the most likely rule that has been changed/added.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I've helped a lot of people build, ive given them advice/commands and ive kicked griefers and reported them. I plan to rid hawknet freebuild of griefers and help anyone who needs it.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Let him know that what he is doing is pestering me and i would ask him to stop, if he didn't stop i would ask him one more time to stop and if he did not i would report him to a superop or admin.
