An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: Ask him to stop, but if he continues, I'd tell it to another trusted Op or Admin.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: I ask the Griefer to stop but if he doesn't, I TempBan him and report it to the Forum.

Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience): I currently run my own server and preety much I know all of the commands.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I belive that I am trusted with the Operators and Admins and I'll learn the new commands very quickly and use them in an emergency.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I've caught a lot of Griefers and Reported most of them to the Forum. And, when I'll be Operator, I'll try to improve the server by putting some new and awesome stuff for people to enjoy
