You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: Screenshot there name and proof of them griefing and show an Operator later once one is on. Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience): GingerCraft, i was an Admin What makes you better than the next Advanced Builder?: I respect all players and correctly discipline any griefers or rule breakers because I don't tolerate it. What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have helped others with ideas in building and have helped people build/fix some of their creations. Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Ask them to please stop and do their job as an Operator because they should have respect for everybody, including me.
