You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?:
Take a screenshot, log the name and then contact an Operator. Being an Agent I would also tempban them if it were severe enough.

Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience):
I've not yet been an Operator on Minecraft, however I have been an admin on many different games and even owned my own community. I've been an admin for a total time of around 7 years.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?:
I am very experienced when it comes to being a moderator/admin and know how to handle many situations. I am 19 and tend to be more mature than most people. I am always on constantly helping anyone that needs it and jump at the chance to assist a new player. I have owned my own community and dealt with the majority of situations that could potentially arise.
I am very friendly and always do my best to make a good impression on others. I am also sociable and do not ignore people when asking for help as I enjoy answering questions. I am also great at throwing out bias when it comes to making decisions.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?:
Already I have helped out quite a few people with their questions and problems with the WoM client, ranks and any other random questions they might have. I am quick to jump to assist people. I feel like I am always giving somebody a tutorial on something every day.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?:
Speak to them in whisper about the situation and try to resolve it peacefully. Never bring it up in general chat as that is unprofessional and would give some lower ranked members the wrong idea. If the problem cannot be solve or a compromise made, I would contact a higher-up for their decision.
