An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: I would speak to him about it through private message and if I beileve a problem is arising then I would send a private message to another op or admin about the problem.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: I would first make sure I have the proof by using /about then I would ask him to stop. If the person continues I will warn him one last time before I temp ban him. If I must temp ban then I would post his username with a screen shot of the proof on the forums.

Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience): I have not be active on anyother servers other then this one meaning I have no experience with the rank.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I feel I am more suited for this postion because one of my favorite things to do on the server is to help guest or other people on the server. There has been many time where I have been asked for ranks or to help someone with things my rank cannot extend to do.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have helped out this server many of times when there is no op present by patroling for griefers and by helping guests with any problems they have to the best of my abilities.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: I would privatly talk to the person about this problem and politly ask him to stop. If the problem continues any father then I will contact an admin and talk to him about the situation.
