If they do not listen, wait for a sop or admin and report the situation. You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: I would tell them 3 times to nicely stop. If they yet do not listen, you use /tempban. Then tell and op+ about the whole situation. Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience):None What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants? Well, I come on Hawknet Freebuild everyday, And I can really build good and big. What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator? Ive helped many people with projects and I have tempbanned 10-20 griefers in total. Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?:It may be best to ignore them. Then wait until a sop or admin comes and they will deal with the conflict.
