Username on Minecraft: Lavaburrow Age: 19 Rank at Hawknet Freebuild: Architect Rough estimate of your time there so far: 3 days play time. A week real time. What Timezone Are you in: Mountain An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: Discuss it in a whisper or bring it up with the higher-ups You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: Take down their name and a screenshot, or message an operator to come and help. Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience): I've not been an Operator on Minecraft yet, but I've been admin on multiple different games, including Starseige: Tribes, and Counter-Strike: Source. What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I've owned my own community and had to deal with the different things that happen when running a community. I've been admin for probably a total of 7 years on any given game at a time. I'm a Computer Science major and know my way around java and C++. I have had many dedicated severs myself and know FTP and how to fix many problems within servers. What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have done what I can to alert the operators to griefers and inappropriate builds, and as an architect I have been acticely seeking griefers and other people to warn them and perhaps kick them. Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Discuss it with them in a whisper and never bring it up infront of the players as it portrays bad admining.
