An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: I'd private message them on the server to inquire into said problem and ask them to stop if they didn't have a reasonable explanation. If they continued I'd get in touch with a higher rank through Steam or skype depending on who was available at the time.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: I would take note of the griefer and what he was griefing as well as the time of said grief, I would additionally take screenshots so as to make a comprehensive grief report on the forums. Additionally if I discovered a grief after the griefer was gone I would use the available prism tools to investigate the source.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): I was a SuperOp on zcrazytboy's server before it was closed.
EDIT: Since I made this I have actually started running my own little Feed the Beast server although it isn't really public :L

What skills can you bring to the Op team?: I am proficient at investigating griefs and am good at talking to people and getting to the bottom of things. Additionally I am a relatively competent builder and can contribute to staff built public amenities.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: Usually about once every month or two.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week?: No

What is the name of the most recently added plugin?: Ultimate Skyblock at the moment, however it would appear that we will probably be adding CraftBay soonish...

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I am a mostly active member of the community and have often helped identify griefers, I often try and help new members and generally try to be welcoming.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: It would depend what they're pestering me about, if it was reasonable, like I'd left my swarm of cows in their house, then I'd sort it out. But assuming it's just them being annoying I'd ask them to stop in op chat and if they persisted inform a higher rank on Steam or skype.

Unfortunately, you, alongside everyone else have not made Operatorship yet. We are however promoting you to Agent, to hope you get a better understanding of how moderating our server works. This naturally puts you in line for potential Operatorship too, as Agents often do become Operators.
