You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: I ask the person griefing to stop and inform them of the rules, if they stop and fix it, id ask for them to have a warning, if they carry on I'd create a post saying what they had done

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): No I only go on hawknet

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I've been a part of this server for a long time now and I am online quite often (almost everyday if I can) so there should never be a day in which no ops+ are online

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: I read them every time I am unsure/forgotten one

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have helped lower ranks/same ranks by telling them what they have to do to get the next rank up. I have also helped new members (guests) by teaching them some of the commands if they are confused. If I reach op I will always be ready to help anyone with anything they need help with

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: First I'd tell them they are pestering me and ask them nicely to stop. If they carry on I would give them a warning, if they still carry on I would take it to a higher authority.
