You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: Ask them to stop and fix their grief, if they continue to grief then post in the abuse section or tell an op+ directly.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): Admin (3 of my own servers, two of which are no longer active).

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I am friendly with many of the Op Team and am trusted by a large number of them. I also get on well with the vast majority of the general Hawknet community. I also have experience with permissions and plugins.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: Twice a month

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week?: Nope.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have helped test some permissions more recently, I have reported grief on Classic and Smp and I have pointed out issues with plugin compatability. If I were to become operator I would continue to help moderate the server by reporting grief and helping to bring wrongdoers to justice.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Politely ask them to stop through private chat, if they continue then I will report the incident to a trusted Op+.
