You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: On classic I would Warn them to stop and fix their grief 3 times, if they do not fix it then I would kick them and report the grief on forums

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I am often online, I have been here a long time, so I am very familiar with the rules and expectations and I am trusted by most of the community on hawknet

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I Have helped lesser ranks with progressing in ranks, I have made many moderations and grief reports and I plan to help by stopping any people who break the rules, help people even further with what they need help with and review other player's buildings to rank up, helping people be happier at hawknet

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: I ask them (using /whisper) to politely stop 3 times, if they carry on, I will report them to an Admin
