If they don't stop, Wait or a SOP or admin to join. You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: Well I would warn them 3 times to stop griefing. I use /b as proof and then tempban them. Than tell an Op+ about the situation. Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience):Well I was never an op on any server. What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?:I am A good builder, And always be nice to other people. What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?:Well as agent, I have tempbanned 2 people. As when I'm op, I would ban griefers and help people. Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Well, It would just be best to ignore them. Than wait for a sop+ so come and they will handle the situation.
