I will give him 2 warnings and if he keeps griefing i will tempban or kick him

The friend that introduced me to minecraft is out of town so i am taking over for him and he is an op on a multiplayer server

What makes you better than the next Advanced Builder?:
I think i am nice and caring and will always give someone a chance to redeem themself

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?:
I have kicked and tempbanned griefers when there are no op/admins on and i am planing to keep it up

I will pm him/her and talk and if he/she refuses to stop i will pm an admin
