What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I think that I will suit the position because whenever I am on the server I am always helping people as well as helping Operators sort out griefing, Even when there are Operators or higher ranks on the server people still ask me for help when there has been griefing or other things that are against Hawknet rules.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: 1-2 times a month

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: Whenever there has been griefing or players breaking the server rules I always report it to an Operator or a higher rank, Whenever there are people on the servers arguing I always try and help them resolve the problem and make things ok again, if I can't stop them from arguing I tell an Operator about it so they can sort it out.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Speak to them in a calm manner through private chat in-game and ask them to stop pestering me.
